For example, if in a chapter you touch on some controversy and that topic lasts 15 minutes, a short is short, you can upload that segment in addition to the entire chapter. It's good for the public that was interested in that specific topic to say "oh, I like them, I'm going to see what other things they do." Here is an example of what my favorite program does:Reply

Here are the things that have to change: 1️⃣ The logo needs improvement - it's too detailed and generic, giving off a spam vibe. A more appealing logo would attract more viewers to the podcast. 2️⃣ Instead of reading the casts, provide a short summary and commentary. Reading the casts distracts viewers and reduces interest. 3️⃣ The episode lacks a clear theme and fails to capture interest. Consider providing a weekly overview and announcing the most interesting topics to draw in viewers. 4️⃣ The show needs more visibility - with only 8 views, it's clear that the concept isn't reaching enough people. Consider advertising and paying for views initially. 5️⃣ Nounishprof interrupts too frequently, making the show too fast-paced and not allowing for enough input from the main host. More space for the main host's thoughts and opinions is needed.Reply

I would like them to promote their channel more through shorts with small engaging frames of those videos that they have uploaded. This should declutter things significantly because for each episode we sometimes livestream twice and then upload as a video - so one episode would show up 3x. A static page would be helpful, I think populating/reveal the list (link by link) in realtime would be too much LIVE show work. I tend to forget to go back and reference the casts I wanted to comment on or reference in a quote cast, so if they were right there I could quickly pop in. I’m also picturing raids like in twitch; when one stream ends a lot of times they will send their viewers off to a friend of theirs or channel they want to help support — they’ll call it a raid or like a “love bombing” and so it might be fun to incorporate that for the show too. With the raids you could say, “don’t forget to tell them GM Farcaster sent ya” —or in a specific referenced cast you could tell the community to spam the comments but only leave a 🥝 emoji. You could make it fun and cryptic at times, and informational in others.Reply
